A type of remuneration consisting of personal participation in the profits derived from an operation or negotiation in which the worker has mediated, regardless of the type of mediation carried out: purchases, insurance, credits, transportation, advertising, opening current accounts, among others. The commission only ceases to be remuneration when it rewards a purely commercial service, to which the characteristic features of the labor provision are foreign.
